Bug, stuck claim a pack
I keep claim a pack that i got from a quest but it always appear about “internet connection” again n again.. i can’t play or running the game anymore.. only claim n loading error n claim over and over

Please someone or developer help me to fix the game
i already re download the game, but i have to keep claim that pack.. and i’m using iphone
- @Leogigih Ok - cool - there must be an issue with your account info … contact customer service and explain what is going on.
Can you access the in game settings menu to contact them? Nope, that’s why i contact n report the bug in this hq. When i’m logged in to the game always appear claim packs and internet connection error.. idk what happend to my account. Weird
