Bug: Welcome Back match quests not counting
Subject: Welcome Back Match Completion Quests Not Tracking
Hello EA Support,
I am experiencing an issue with the Welcome Back event in FC Mobile.
The quest "Complete 3 Matches or Skill Games in Any Mode" is stuck at 0/3 and does not record any progress, even though I have completed many full matches and skill games in different modes.
Other Welcome Back quests, such as "Score 5 Goals in Any Mode," are tracking correctly. Only the match/skill game completion quest is affected.
I am concerned that this issue may also affect the similar match completion quests in the later Welcome Back days (Days 2, 3, 4, and 5), preventing them from progressing as well.
To try to resolve the issue, I have:
- Completed multiple full matches and skill games.
- Force stopped the game.
- Reinstalled FC Mobile.
- Logged back into my linked EA account.
The issue still persists. I have attached a screenshot showing the quest stuck at 0/3.
Could you please investigate this issue and help resolve the quest tracking on my account?
