Hello I have seen a bug that I don't know how to repair and when I play vs attack or even the events well I can't see the blue circle under the players and even when I'm in free kicks I can't see the line that I drew and not even the arrow where the ball will go

Please try going to Settings - Gameplay and reset the gameplay options to default, then change a few of the visual feedback-related settings temporarily, play 1 or 2 matches, and set them back to default again.
Also, try clearing the app cache data and restarting the game. If the issue is still there, please send a screenshot of your settings and the gameplay.
