Bug

Hi I got a player and I ranked him up 3 times wasting 4 mascherano’s!!! I sold him but now I can’t claim the coins and it keeps saying ‘order can not be cancelled’ and I am not able to get my coins and my mascheranos have went to waste. Pleassseee help me get my coins from my player because I need it to buy a new player.
