bug

Hello EA Support,

I am facing an issue in FC Mobile with the Extra Time event, specifically in the Star Pick (107–111 OVR) section. I have more than enough Extra Time Tokens (12,000), and the requirement shows 1/1 available. However, when I tap on the golden card and then try to press the 10,000 token purchase button, nothing happens. The button does not respond and I am unable to claim the reward.

I have already tried restarting the game, clearing cache, and refreshing my tokens by playing other nodes, but the problem still remains. Please help me fix this issue or refund my tokens if it is a server-side bug. I am attaching a screenshot of the problem as proof.
