117 OVR Coufal cannot be exchanged

Hello EA Support Team,

I would like to report a possible bug in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

About one week ago, I obtained a 117 OVR Coufal player card. According to the game, this card should be exchangeable for 1500 Star Shards. However, when I try to use the player in the Star Shards exchange, the card does not appear as available and cannot be exchanged.

I have checked multiple times and the issue still remains. It seems that this specific player card may be affected by a bug.

Please investigate this issue and help resolve it. If necessary, I can provide screenshots, my Player ID, and additional information.
