Bugged LaLiga Countdown Offer Track / "Claim Previous Offer First" Issue

Hi, I am experiencing a permanent bug in the "LaLiga Countdown" event. Whenever I try to claim the first available reward (500 Boost Points/Coins), the game displays the message: "Claim the previous offer first."

However, there is no previous offer available to claim. This issue has been persisting for more than 3 days and was not resolved after the daily server resets, clearing app data, or adjusting the display scale/DPI.

My account is properly linked. Could you please look into my account status and reset the event track or send the rewards to my in-game inbox?
