Bugged Manager Mode rewards.

I have been leaving phone on during the night to auto through manager mode. I reached legendary 1. However, I have not got any rewards for reaching legendary 1 or any of the previous lower ranks.I know this because I would of had tradeable captains players 105+ but my whole team is untraceable and there isn't any 105+ tradeable cards I have.  I don't why this happens. I do get my promotional rewards for vs Attack and head to head. I have contacted support to see if they could give me rewards I never got or get compensation. They said they cannot give me the rewards or compensation eventhough it's not my fault. They said they can't do it on their end implying there is someone else who can do it but they won't. There customer service is horrible.
