Can’t Claim Badge Reward
It’s not letting me claim the badge rewards for UCL Dreamchasers and this unknown error message keeps popping up.

I unlocked first group on that event "Heroes in Britain", but when I go to my squad and see equiped badges I see that I don't have additional boosts from both groups. I should get additional +10 on short passing, long shot, balance, strength, ball contorol and shot power based on those groups. So I wanted to check what is the problem
I am also facing the same issue. I contacten support about it and they refurred to this forum. I’ll try and add a screenshot.
