Can’t claim Di Marco 119

Hello EA, I am not able to claim Di Marco 119 though I completed all the mission.  Please can you help me please. I guess it’s due to some bug

    Bro they are not giving players, they are just giving gems and coins which have already claimed.

    Correct 6h3anbfrp600, the cards were never the prize, the gems and coins were.
