Can’t connect/login to the app

Hello 
My name is Shah. I am from Bangladesh. Recently i cant login to my app. It’s just showing me this(the picture is given below). My internet connection is absolutely good. I have been working throughout all day long but i can’t get into the app. Please find out what is going wrong!
