Can not claim Reward Artic Solider

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:iOS
What's your device's make and model? iPhone 12 Pro Max
What's your device's firmware? 4.50.06
What is your game version? 561642049018556416
In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot claim the reward as mentioned in the title.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:00 pm

Can not claim my Riise reward on on the platform. 

Please help.

    @ryanoncrack There is a visual bug where, after you have claimed one of the rewards it shows as being locked rather than being claimed … if you have claimed and not received the reward, then you can contact customer service and tell them you have a reward not received (don’t mention bugs - reward not received and ask them to check your game logs)

    Yeah I can’t claim it. How do I even contact customer service? I can’t seem to do that.
