Cannot change appearance of my players

I can not change appearance of my players in the locker room whenever I try to change nothing at all happens exampleI clicked many times on full sleeve but nothing happened

    Hey, thanks for your report. It could be just a glitch. Please try the following steps and see if that helps:

    1. Fully close FC Mobile and relaunch the game.
    2. Go back to Locker Room and try changing the appearance again.
    3. Test with a different player to see if the issue affects all players or only specific items.
    4. Make sure the appearance change is available for that player model.
    5. Switch to another appearance option first (for example, short sleeves), save/apply if possible, then try Full Sleeve again.
    6. Also, clear the game's cache (Android) or restart the device and test again.
