Cannot Claim Live OVR Icons – Claim Button Missing

Hello in the world's game event I am unable to claim any icons from the live ovr chapter. The claim button doesn't appear and I have no idea what to do. I need help with this.

    To claim a player, EA needs to release claimable cards. The currently displayed cards had to be selected before the quarterfinals.
    Nothing has been released for the semis, the 3rd place playoff or the finals.

    This means that you cannot claim a player from the live ovr section if you missed the last lot before the quarterfinals, and it's not a bug.

Hy I am not able to exchange icon player in live ovr in world game event 

The exchange button is not visible

    The exchange button is not visible or can say that it's missing 

    Please resolve this issue
