Cannot log into Fc mobile
I am unable to start EA SPORTS FC Mobile on my son's Acer tablet.
The game reaches the age/date-of-birth screen. After entering the year and month of birth and pressing Continue, it attempts to load and then displays:
"Login failed 0x00000001"
The tablet is an Acer 10.1" Gen 4 tablet running Android 15. My daughter's identical Acer tablet is running the same Android 15 version and the same build number, and FC Mobile works normally on her tablet.
Both games were installed directly from the Google Play Store.
I have already tried:
Different Wi-Fi networks
My phone's mobile hotspot
Clearing FC Mobile cache
Clearing Google Play Games cache
Clearing Google Play Services cache
Confirming Google Play Games is signed in
Setting FC Mobile battery usage to Unrestricted
Checking that date and time are automatic and correct
Checking that the region is Ireland
Restarting the tablet
Checking that the tablet and my daughter's identical tablet have the same Android version and build
Confirming the FC Mobile app/data sizes are similar on both tablets
The error remains 0x00000001.
The game does not get as far as an account-selection or EA/Google login screen. It only asks for the year and month of birth, then fails.
Please can you investigate why FC Mobile cannot initialise/login on this particular device?
I can provide screenshots/video of the error and the tablet's Android/build information if required.
