Cannot Rank Up 2 Exact Same Card

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I have 2 exact same card player, but when i want to Rank Up, it wont shown on the list of the card that can be consume. I have 2 Kyle Walker UCL card and i want to rank him but i cant bcs when i move to the rank up page, the other card of Kyle Walker did not show
