Can't claim kick off mission even after it was completed.

So here's the thing I created this account 4days before 3rd anniversary event. So I completed my 5th day kick off missions and claim the prize. Everything is fine until I found a bug that's happening to me. In the 7th day of the kick off mission, there's a specific mission "Play a Gauntlet mode match".  So I completed the kickoff gauntlet mode but when I got there in mission section to claim the prize, it shows a pop up that says "Sorry, this event has expired". Then I played 3 matches of the anniversary Gauntlet mode, then again I tried to claim the prize the same thing pops up. I'm trying this for 2 days. I am missing a great amount of resources because of this mission bug. I'll attach everything in this forum.
