Can't claim Mascheranos in EURO ADVENTURE

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:Android
What's your device's make and model? Xiaomi 11 Pro 5g
What's your device's firmware? MIUI global 14.0.6
What is your game version? 22.0.02
In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I've completed 18 rounds of Adventure, but I cannot claim two Mascheranos.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 06:18GMT+1

    @gzkqoe0hihlg Have you already claimed the prize from 16 rounds, because per the heading at the top of the box, it is a choice between the two (same as in the final box of all the euro screens)

    Now I realiased that it is choice between two prizes. Not so intuitive, since it requires more progress in Adventure to claim other prize. Thanks!

    Its a bug,as i stated in other post,,,,had  17 rounds completed,,did the required 18,went to open the 2 mascherano pack and it says the nontradeable one was already checked meaning opened,,,,this is clearly a bug

    @zh6qisn63lfh No mate - not a bug - the big orange banner says “choose a reward” - it’s a choice of one or the other, you chose one and you got one.

    It’s a bit strange that they don’t unlock at the same time, but like all the other end packs in Euro it is clearly labelled a choice

    Sorry for the misunderstanding,allow me to clarify,,,,,,the 2 reward choices were locked at 17 rounds,i completed 18 to unlock them,scrolled over and to my dismay the choice was already somwhow made to choose the untradeable pack which appeared with a check mark indicating it was opened,,,i am 100% sure i did not open it because ive been waiting patiently for the mascherados,,,,,this

    cant be anything but a bug

    @zh6qisn63lfh Nobody else has reported it, so if it is a bug it seems to be limited to your account … contact customer service via the in-game settings menu and tell them that you have missing content.

    Tell them you have checked on AHQ and been advised that nobody else is reporting the issue, and that community team has suggested that customer service check your game logs to confirm that you had not claimed the other player pack already.

    I also can’t claim them, but I already claimed the player after completing 16 rounds.

    if it’s not a bug, it was definitely not clear that it was a choice for just one of the two rewards…

    @Micka230888 It’s a one or the other thing … it says in large yellow/orange text above the box “choose a reward”.

    It’s a bit strange that they don’t open at the same time, I’ll give you that, but it is clear that it is as choice, same as all the other end boxes in the event
