Can't claim reward

There's this 3rd year anniversary bug fix compensation and I can't claim it 3draft vouchers 3k gems and 300 star shards idk why I can't claim it.

    Hi there! Just as a heads-up, this specific reward is claimed directly in your Inbox section, so you are most likely just looking at the message in your Notifications tab.

    Also, if the reward icon is greyed out, it means you've already claimed the reward on your account.

    You most likely already claimed it, only the box appears still.

    Na dude I haven't claimed it I had 200 gems and I still have 200 gems
