Can't log in
Whenever I try to log in I find a beganner account I tried to log in with my Google play games and ea account but I find a beganner account when I delete it and log in again I find an another one where is my account??

Do you have multiple EA or Google accounts? If so, is it possible that you linked your old account with one of those?
Also, just to check: when did you last play before you lost your progress?
I have multiple google account but I remember my Google account that I always uses to log in but I supposed maybe there's a problem with it so I logged in with my only ea account but nothing happens .I think it's more than 24 hours now

I'd try those other Google accounts just in case you're actually linked with one of those.
Do you still have the User ID of your old account? If so, worst case scenario, our live support team should be able to help you find your old progress again.

If you have the User ID, try reaching out to our live support team via the in-game help option. They can take a look at finding your old progress. It's not something we can look into here on the forums, unfortunately.
