I have the same problem

And charter 2 no more playing possible

Scroll through topics here and you'll see its intended that way. Chapter I was changed to one skill per day adn Chapter II is locked after you claim the last reward 3 times. Only daily pack after that and no info is that going to remain until end of event or ut will refresh at some point

First three days you could do all traits but now they locked it ,now you can select only one trait first and then complete the challenge.
