Can't play Division for 2 weeks

My FC Mobile account has been unable to access Division Rivals for over two weeks.
All Division Rivals modes fail matchmaking after around 20 seconds.
League leaderboard ranks do not display, but I still receive weekly league rewards.
This appears to be a server-side account sync or Rivals profile corruption issue.
Please reset or resync my competitive profile. I've not been able to play and get division rival rewards which is costing a lot of progress. I Hope my problem will be taken care of and I can start enjoying this game again. Username is SNIPERXSAJIM .
