Can't rank up player

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:Android
What's your device's make and model? Samsung A52s
What's your device's firmware? Android 11
What is your game version? 21.0.05
In what game mode did the bug occur? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Boniface duplicate not showing
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 07:20 PM

i just got boniface tots from a pack in store, then i bought another one in market but when i tried to rank it up it doesn't show up, why is this happening

    @ariqyanuar You can rank tradeable one with untradeable. Take them both out of the lineup, check which one is tradeable and rank him up
