Can't shuffle the icon milestone in hall of legends event in fc mobile

@t3gmlgs8wmoa Have you claimed one of the rewards already?

I can’t see the right hand side of the screen, so if you claimed Mascherano then you have claimed your reward and that is it for this section of the event

So that's the only reward for this until Aug 8th when the other team unlocks? This event seems severely lackluster now

      I have a friend that has the issue of not being able to make a pick even though he's collected all of the players

        @auiac6caqeze i would suggest that your friend has probably already claimed a player, and therefore they can't reshuffle and can't have a second pick.

        They can try customer service via the in-game settings menu - tell them to ask customer service to check their game logs because they don't think they have claimed that prize yet - customer service should be able to confirm if they have recieved a reward from that screen or not.
