Can't shuffle the icon milestone in hall of legends event in fc mobile

I have a friend that has the issue of not being able to make a pick even though he's collected all of the players

@auiac6caqeze i would suggest that your friend has probably already claimed a player, and therefore they can't reshuffle and can't have a second pick.

They can try customer service via the in-game settings menu - tell them to ask customer service to check their game logs because they don't think they have claimed that prize yet - customer service should be able to confirm if they have recieved a reward from that screen or not.

I have had OVR 99 for days and have Not been able to make even one selection. I just want the JM14 Rank up card, the rest of the players suck compared to what I have. I had issue with Copa quarter finals and Euro Rewards Milestone unable to select. Which I documented and reported to customer service. They are just horrible with off topic responses, the ticket is still open with no compensations.

  @NHLRocks Sorry - but you will have to contact customer service and get them to check your account / game logs … as far as I know there have been no reports of players not being able to make a selection, only of not being able make a subsequent selection.
  
  Contact customer service ask them to review your game logs to confirm that a selection has not been made and you have not received a player from that screen.
