@auiac6caqeze i would suggest that your friend has probably already claimed a player, and therefore they can't reshuffle and can't have a second pick.

They can try customer service via the in-game settings menu - tell them to ask customer service to check their game logs because they don't think they have claimed that prize yet - customer service should be able to confirm if they have recieved a reward from that screen or not.
