Begin of 24 april 2026, I opened 20 drafts of which was One was casemiro Tradeble and xhaka Tradeble, but I claimde Both in the badge so to make them untradeable, Where I have accured that I cant redeem neither of Both in the shard System nor in the extra time tokens

can someone explain to me why?
