I purchased champions tokens from 480 gems but the champions tokens are not adding to my account please solve this

Sorry to hear the Champions Tokens weren’t added after your Gems were deducted. I understand how frustrating that can be.
Please fully close and restart FC Mobile, then check your Champions Tokens balance again.

If the Tokens are still missing, please scroll to the bottom of the guide and select Contact Us to get in touch with our support team. It would also help to have your User ID, the approximate date and time of the exchange, and any screenshots showing the Gem deduction and missing Tokens ready.
