Chronicles for Japan and Netherland missing!!

Hey EA Sports, it's been 3-4 days since the Chronicles chapter for Japan and the Netherlands has been missing. Moreover, the gallery is also missing. Where am I supposed to claim the players?
I already saw 1-2 forum discussions here, but you don't seem to care.
Please fix it ASAP

    EA same problem happening for android devices as well. kindly remove the this bug
