Claiming Division Rivals Rewards

I was so excited to get my end of season reward until i opened them and a bug happened i could no longer claim all my rivals rewards even tho i had opened them on another account and it worked just fine i was so upset because i was grinding and loving this game for years and in my opinion i dont think these kind of bugs should be in this lovely game
