Club Not Open

<p>Hello EA Support Team,</p>

 

<p>My Club tab is permanently locked with a blue padlock icon, even though my account is already Level 22 and I am currently playing in the Pro II division. I am unable to access my squad, change my lineup, or manage my players. It seems my profile is stuck in a background tutorial loop.</p>

 

<p>Please help me refresh my account and unlock the Club tab. Here are my details:</p>

 

<p>In-Game Name: Lucas<br>

    Hi there. Thanks for the report. Could you please log out of the game, log back in again, and check if the Club tab is now unlocked?
    Let us know if it’s still showing the padlock after logging back in.
