Hi FC Mobile Support Team,

I have been playing FC Mobile for a long time, and I am very disappointed with the performance of the new 122 OVR Cristiano Ronaldo card.

Previously, I had the 114 OVR Cristiano Ronaldo card, and honestly, it performed much better than this new 122 OVR card. Despite having a much higher overall rating and PlayStyles, the new card is performing poorly in matches.

Here are the main issues I am experiencing:

- **Poor Positioning:** Ronaldo does not position himself properly on the field.

- **Poor Shooting:** His shooting performance is disappointing and does not feel appropriate for a 122 OVR card.

- **Incorrect Passing:** He frequently makes inaccurate and unnecessary passes.

- **Unexpected Performance:** Despite his high OVR and PlayStyles, he feels worse than my previous 114 OVR Cristiano Ronaldo card.

I spent a lot of time and effort trying to obtain this card. I performed more than 200 spins but still could not get him. After that, I worked extremely hard to collect 68,800 shards to sign him.

After putting in so much time and effort to obtain one of the most iconic football players, I expected him to perform at a level worthy of his rating. However, his current performance is extremely disappointing.

**How can a 122 OVR Cristiano Ronaldo card perform worse than a 114 OVR version of the same player?** I understand that overall ratings do not guarantee perfection in every match, but his positioning, shooting, and passing should be much better than what I am currently experiencing.

I kindly request that your development team investigate this issue and review the card's in-game performance, including his positioning, shooting accuracy, and passing behavior.

Please fix or improve this card so that it performs according to its 122 OVR rating and PlayStyles.

I have invested a great deal of time and effort into obtaining this card, and I hope you will take my feedback seriously.
