Completed offer but not received the rewards

I have completed the offer rules but I didn't receive any of it rewards. Just received the log in rewards and after that even I completed the offer I didn't received the rewards.My game id is  817660266684010496 and the attachment file is the proof.please fix this problem as soon as possible.
