Continuous 80% rank up fail

Hello ea, this rank up system is so unfair. How did I fail like 5-6 80% rank ups. This is impossible because how you telling me I am failing every 80% rank up now that means it is not possible it’s not just 1 time it’s 5-6 TIMES IN A ROW. Please fix your game it’s very very very very annoying especially when I lose so many mascheranos from rank up fails also you should change the rank up system this rank up system is garbage in my opinion it is like gambling like if you try to rank up 50% it actually fails 90% of the time. So please do something ea. this rank up system is so dog water and I feel like it’s a scam. One suggestion is go back to the fifa mobile rank up system. Thanks and you better do something.
