Continuous Rank Drop & Loss of Rank-Up Tokens Due to Server Issue
I am reporting a serious issue related to server instability that is directly affecting my ranking and rewards.
My internet connection is completely stable and working properly. However, when I open FC Mobile, the game shows 100% loading/download, and after that there is no response. The game then automatically closes or sends me back, showing network error or cancellation messages, even though there is no problem with my network.
Because of this issue, I am unable to enter the game and play matches properly. While this is happening, my rank keeps dropping continuously, and I am losing the opportunity to earn rank-up tokens.
Due to these forced disconnections and the game not opening correctly, I have lost the chance to earn approximately 2,900 rank-up tokens, which I would have normally earned if the game was functioning correctly.
This problem is not caused by my device or network, and it appears to be a server-side or game stability issue.
I kindly request you to:
1. Investigate and fix this server issue urgently
2. Compensate me with the rank-up tokens (approximately 2,900) that I could not earn due to this issue
3. Ensure fair gameplay so that players are not punished because of server problems
This situation is extremely frustrating and affects the competitive integrity of the game.
