Critical Server Desync and Gameplay Responsiveness Issues (H2H)

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a severe technical issue affecting my Head to Head experience in FC Mobile.

As shown in the attached screenshot, my game frequently freezes at the 100% loading screen ("Loading gameplay resources...") right before a match starts. This forces me to close the app, resulting in unfair match terminations or heavy background AI automation.

Furthermore, during the matches that do connect, there is a massive server desynchronization (desync) and input delay. In my recent games, my high-rating players feel completely unresponsive, missing basic short passes and suffering from unnatural ball control errors where the ball bounces far away from them. Meanwhile, the opponent's lower-rated players run at maximum speed with continuous aggressive pressing for the full 90 minutes without showing any signs of fatigue or stamina depletion.

This latency compensation or server mismatch makes the gameplay completely unplayable and unfair. Please look into my account connectivity data and investigate these server stability issues.
