Daily Event not showing up, account
I started playing the game about a week ago and the daily balloon event doesn't appear on my phone

Have you finished the "Kick Off"? What is your level? Some features are locked out until you reach certain levels.

My level is 24, i downloaded the game few days at 9 on October
You won't see the event until day 8. There is a thread here that has an official EA statement on that. Once you finish the Kick Off, it should appear. Check back on 16th/17th, depending on your time zone.
