Daily rewards

Hi EA Support,

I’m having an issue with the FC Mobile Webstore. When I try to claim the free First Login Reward and Daily Gift, I get a message saying that I’m underage for purchases.

I’m not trying to purchase anything. I’m only trying to claim the free rewards. Could you please check my account and let me know if I’m eligible to receive these free rewards?
