Daily tasks and rewards

Hi there.  Could you let us know what exact error message you’re seeing when trying to claim the daily rewards? Also, have you already tried basic steps like restarting the game, checking for updates, clearing the cache, or restarting your device?

Please also share your platform and when this first started.

I am having a similar issue for 2 weeks.  I cannot claim the daily rewards that have been completed - just get an error message and dumped back to the home screen every time.
