Hello. This morning I claimed Dalglish, upgraded him, and added him to my squad. Now I’ve logged into the game, but Dalglish is no longer in my squad or among my players. Please check what happened and restore the player and all the resources I spent upgrading him.

If your Item is still missing, please restart the game, clear any filters in My Team - Players, and check your other lineups, reserves, Training, Rank Up, and Exchanges.
If he’s still missing, please contact Customer Service through the in-game Settings menu so they can check your account history and see what happened to the player.
