Demoted to legendary III from legendary I

Question

Post division rivals season refresh on 17th Nov, I was demoted from legendary I in manager mode(before refresh) to legendary III level(After season ended)... PLEASE HELP

But shouldn't it be from legendary I to legendary II level? I got demoted by 2 levels
