Beckham Verse Exchange Modification Issue

Hello EA Support,

I’m writing to report an issue caused by the recent modification to the Beckham Verse Exchange.

Originally, the 113 Beckham exchange required:

• 111 Beckham
• 1100 Shards
• 4 Magic Keys

However, after the modification, the requirement changed to:

• 110 Beckham
• 1100 Shards
• 4 Magic Keys

Before this change, I had already upgraded my 110 Beckham into 111 Beckham to meet the original exchange requirements. Now, after the modification, I cannot use my 111 Beckham, and I also can’t exchange my extra 108 and 110 Beckham for the 113 Beckham.

This change was meant to fix the shard requirement issue, but altering the exchange criteria after launch has caused this unintended problem for players like me.

Could you please review my account and help resolve this issue or provide compensation for the affected exchange?
