Device Compatibility Bug

Subject: Device incompatibility issue on FC Mobile 2026 (Elecson Device / Android 11)

​Description:

Hello EA Support Team,

After updating to the FC Mobile 2026 version, I can no longer update or download the game because Google Play Store states that my device is "not compatible." However, I was able to play the FC Mobile 2025 version perfectly fine with smooth performance.

​My device details:

​Device Brand: Elecson

​OS: Android 11

​RAM: 83% available space.

​I suspect that the device compatibility registry for the 2026 update might have missed or excluded the Elecson brand profile. Please kindly report this to the development team to review the device optimization and compatibility settings in the upcoming patches. Thank you!

    Hi there.  Thanks for the report. Please compare your device specifications with the current FC Mobile system requirements. While your device may have supported a previous version, the game's requirements and supported devices can change over time.

    The Google Play "device not compatible" message usually indicates that the device no longer meets the current compatibility requirements for the game. I'm afraid there isn't much we can do in this case. You can check the latest requirements here:
