Did not receive compensation by being affected by glitched

Hi EA, I am a massive fan 99% of the time. The glitch was one thing, those things happen, but to pick & choose who is worth of free compensation based on your pick? That’s preposterous. I was most definitely affected during the outage yet I receive nothing? Please make this make sense, or just do the right thing and please upload free consumables into my EA account.
