Did not receive Japan Nation’s Story prize

I correctly answered all five questions, but did not receive the reward — a Japan Pack. I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, but the rewards chart still will not update to reflect my 100% completion.

Thanks for flagging this! The team’s checking to make sure the rewards are working properly.

To clarify, you’ll need to complete all 3 challenges to unlock the reward. For Challenge 1, the goal is 60% accuracy — so once you get 3 out of 5 questions right, you can move on to Challenge 2 the next day. The reward becomes available after finishing Challenge 3.

Hello I didn't receive the rewards from getting 100% completion of a the Japan trivia on both the medium and high difficulties even though I got 100%. I unfortunately don't have a screenshot of the medium reward which was 300 rank up points but I do have one of the difficult reward. I hope I can receive these rewards.

Hello EA team,
I’ve completed all 3 Medium-level challenges in A Nation’s Story: Japan (each shows a green checkmark and full stars), but the Japan Pack reward is still locked.
I’ve already cleared cache and restarted the game, but it remains inaccessible.
So please fix this so I can get the 250 tokens
