Did not receive reward it's stuck

A NATION STORY EVENT  I have completed all the 3 stages of the questions with 100 percent accuracy still my reward is stuck and I'm unable to receive it I also have the screenshot  please help me receive the reward also I did not get my rank up points from finishing the scouting camp challenge

    Are you sure that you completed all three challenges to unlock the reward?

    The target accuracy for challenge 1 is 60%, meaning that once you've answered 3 out of 5 questions correctly, you can proceed to challenge 2 the next day. But the reward is unlocked when you have completed challenge 3 with 100%.
