Division rivals bug
Whenever I try to play division rivals with my friends or just to play it, I can’t go in the match because the loading is stuck on 100% indefinitely and it says the player didn’t ready up and the captains aren’t there at the ready up menu so I really suggest that you and your team get onto this bug and fix it and by the way this started right after the UTOTS update and this is also happening to a bunch of different people and players.matchmaking stucks
When I enter matchmaking and wait for the game to start, the game does not open and stays stuck. If I exit and re-enter, the match times out. For example, my star count is 16. After the timeout message appears, my star count remains 16 and does not decrease. Please check this issue.Missing TOTS MVP Reward Player
Hello EA Support, I am reporting a bug regarding the TOTS Serie A MVP event in FC Mobile. I selected and claimed the 119 OVR LB Dimarco reward from the “Support Your MVP” section. After claiming the reward, the player did not appear in my club. The claim button disappeared, indicating that the reward was already claimed, but the player is missing from my inventory. I have checked my starting lineup, reserves, and player inventory, and Dimarco is not there. I also restarted the game, but the player is still missing. Please investigate this issue and restore the missing player to my account. On may 28 I used my players fodder to exchange dembele 119 utots. Then I went to exchange Messi utots but It turned out that I accidentally used dembele to get Messi. Please ea give my players back ( base version tots of Messi and dembele ) and fodders so I can exchange again . Please Ive lost my best players. Uid: 1026843078864904192
