Did not receive Visa Welcome Future Stars Pack

I have seen many people, especially on forums and on YouTube who have received a welcome pack for the new partnership, and not received this pack at all. This is so frustrating as a player to see others around receive without also receiving the same compensation as the players I am playing against. Please sort this out because I am not the only player to be missing these packs.
