Didn’t receive code rewards

Hello,

I redeemed the FC Mobile code CAMPEONES on the official redemption website. The website showed “Redeemed successfully”, and if I try to redeem it again it says “Already redeemed”.

However, I never received the rewards in my game. I did not receive the 115–120 OVR player or the 2026 Gems. I have already restarted the game, checked my Inbox, and waited, but the rewards are still missing.

Could you please check my account and grant the missing rewards or investigate the issue?
