Didn’t get 300 shards

did you recently start a new account? if so, there's a chance you did not get the shards cuz it was a fix for division rivals and (i'm guessing) was available for that reset. 

if not, then it might be an issue on the game. check your inbox and see if you perhaps left it there unclaimed.
